When I Am Old

When I am old,
I will be bold,
I’ll do my exercise.
I may resist,
But will persist,
To keep me mobilised.

I will sing,
All morning,
And dance all afternoon,
Then I’ll walk,
Or sit and talk,
Or ‘face-tube’ in my room.

I’ll keep my mind,
Bright and kind,
And not dress like a frump,
But mostly I,
Will just get by,
And not become a grump.
